Everyone is using mobile phones in the world, it is an essential part of everyday life whether it is    Office, shopping mall, or at home. Mobile phones are everywhere and with anyone. At initially, mobile is only used for communication purposes but nowadays it is used for information and Entertainment.

Over 50 Cr. Indians are using smartphones of different brands like Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Nokia etc. They have brought the world closer together, keep us informed. They are using to store the data and also act as calendars, clocks, and informing us about to set the schedule.

Importance of Mobile Phones –

     Entertainment Entertainment is an important part of everyone’s life. Mobile is built-in with the Music system, various apps that entertain us. You can download the app of your choice for gaming, newspaper, music, health apps etc. that will entertain and inform us. It is useful for sending and Receiving the files.

Communication – Today with the help of the internet, we are able to connect with our friends, family and the entire world by using social media. It is very helpful while in Emergency to connect with Police, hospitals or other services. 

Daily usage – Mobile phone is very important for daily usage, with internet access you can book a meal or cab. You can pay your bills with the help of various apps, also do online shopping.

More organized – In today’s world everything should be handy. Mobile phones are equipped with important features like documents, emails, clocks, etc. 

Online Learning – In today’s digital world, Mobile phones are an important part of learning purpose you can watch Videos, Read E-books. With mobile phones and internet access you can learn anywhere and anything. 


Overuse of Mobile –

1.   When a Cell phone or network is unreachable then it increases Anger, tension, depression. It impacts physical as well as mental health. The eye begins to burn and itch, Neck problem, it increases illness.  More chances of Sleep disturbance and also Relationship Problems.

2.   Gambling addiction – Multiple gaming, gambling, stock market apps are available for online bidding. The availability of Internet gambling has made accessible.

3.   Isolation from friends or Family – Peoples are closed together because of Mobile, but they are virtual. It impacts on Real life. Friends or Family members are meet but virtually.

Every technology comes with some positive as well as negative impact which is the same for mobile. Mobile is invented for our convenience. We should limit their use to handle our lives. If not stopped on time, then mobile addiction can ruin your life. It is impacting our Professional as well as Personal life. Those who are addicted should try to get rid of it and return to the real world.

    there are definitely pros and cons to cell phones. They are absolutely necessary as a method of communication but on the other hand people definitely use too much of it. It's a delicate balance that we must all learn to master.
